About Us

At Reflexive, you won't find any smokescreens about
who we are or what we do.

Founded in 2018.

Reflexive Concepts is a Maryland-based small business dedicated to providing the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and their industry partners with top-tier technology solutions. Reflexive is mission-driven and customer-focused, and our small size allows us the opportunity to serve our partners in a unique way -- offering them care and attention that is unmatched in the industry.

Our mission and projects are among the most challenging and interesting of any tech industry, but we know how fortunate we are for every one of our engineers. We understand we are providing our employees a service: a multitude of engaging openings, industry-leading benefits and compensation packages, premiere company culture and support, and professional development opportunities. In return, our employees are providing Reflexive the resources required to grow our team and continue supporting our Intelligence Community. This "Employees are the Customer" mindset permeates our culture at Reflexive Concepts, resulting in what we believe is the premiere employer/employee relationship in our industry.

What makes us different?

It's not a money thing, it's an effort thing.

Frequent in-person and virtual employee check-ins
Offering myriad options for communication
Continual updates from ownership/management

Encouraging the open sharing and accountability at all levels.

Communication is most effective when all parties are open and honest. Reflexive Concepts places a high priority on being as transparent as possible with our employees.
Real insight into contract/project status
Honest compensation calculations
Candid feedback on performance

Doing more with less.

Every dollar spent on company operations is a dollar that could be spent on our employees. That's why Reflexive operates a low-overhead business model.
Small, high-performing back office
Subcontracting focus
Conservative targets for company growth

Engineering with a capital E.

Reflexive Concepts places a priority on joining projects that top-tier engineers want to support. We strive to keep our focus narrow, never sacrificing quality for growth.
